Service Completed: Custom Single Exit Cat-Back Exhaust (Mid & Rear Section)

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a bespoke single exit cat-back exhaust system on this Volvo C30 R-Design, upgrading the mid and rear sections to improve sound, flow, and overall finish while staying true to the car’s refined yet sporty character.

The factory system was replaced with a custom-built mid and rear cat-back setup, designed to optimise exhaust flow and enhance the exhaust note without being overpowering. As with all MIJ systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house from premium T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, precision fitment, and a high-quality finish.

The system was completed as a single exit design, giving the rear of the C30 a clean, understated look that suits the R-Design styling perfectly while still delivering a noticeable upgrade over the standard exhaust.
