- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
- Custom or made-to-measure orders cannot be canceled once fabrication begins.
- Quotations: Quotes are valid for 30 days unless withdrawn earlier.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment: Orders must be paid in full before fabrication or processing begins. Unpaid orders will not be processed.
International Sales Policies (includes above and additional information):
- Responsibility for Information:
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide us. Please ensure all details are correct, as the courier will contact you regarding any customs fees or charges you must pay prior to receiving the parcel. We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided, including those related to your order. - Business Customers:
Business customers must provide their EORI/SIRET number and VAT number for customs duties and tax purposes. Failure to provide this information may result in delays or issues during transit. - Customs Costs and Charges:
We are unable to advise on the costs your country may charge for taxes and duties. The relevant authorities or courier will contact you directly via the mobile number (if provided) or email to handle any customs charges. You are responsible for responding to them promptly to avoid delays or a possible return of the package. - Returns and Refunds:
In the event of a return or refund request, we will only refund from the amount you paid directly to us. We will not be liable to reimburse any customs fees, taxes, or charges you paid to your country.
Clearance Sale
- Items sold as clearance products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch orders the same day if placed before 12:00 PM. Orders made after 12:00 PM will either be dispatched the same day (if possible) or the next working day.
- Delivery Times:
- Royal Mail (Standard): Deliveries typically take 2–3 working days within the UK, but Royal Mail advises allowing 5–7 working days.
- Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: Applies only to weekdays and excludes weekends unless requested for an additional fee.
- Courier Services: Deliveries typically take 2–3 working days within the UK.
If your parcel has not arrived within the stated time frame, please notify us promptly so we can resolve the issue with the carrier. Delayed notifications may limit our ability to assist.
- Receiving Your Goods:
Upon receipt, inspect your package immediately. We cannot be held responsible for issues not reported promptly after opening the package. - Shipping Costs:
Shipping rates apply to Mainland UK only and exclude the following regions, which incur additional charges:- Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41), and Northern Ireland.
- Affected postcodes include: AB, DD8-11, GY1-99, HS1-99, IV1-23, IV25-27, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-56, JE1-99, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, & ZE1-99.

Custom-Made/Special Orders
- Custom-made items may take 2–3 working days to dispatch during busy periods.
- Custom, made-to-measure orders, or standard parts customised to your specifications are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be canceled once fabrication has begun. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, contact us, and we will do our best to help.
Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and undamaged products. If there is an issue, contact us so we can assist you.
- Refunds for items shipped in error will include the purchase price, applicable taxes, and shipping costs. Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
- If items are returned in a condition different from when they were sent (unless documented upon receipt), deductions may be made to reflect loss in value. You are liable for this loss and may be required to compensate us if it is not deducted.
- For partial order returns, original shipping costs will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
- Returns for reasons other than defects or errors (e.g., “changed my mind” or “ordered the wrong product”) are the customer’s responsibility. MIJ Exhaust Ltd. will not cover return postage.
- Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for reimbursement of either the goods or the shipping costs.
