Service Completed: Custom Exhaust System Including Hi-Flow Sports Catalytic Converter

This 1996 Volvo 400 came in for a full custom exhaust upgrade, starting with a high-flow catalytic converter to improve breathing and overall engine response. From there, we fabricated a straight pipe all the way back to a specially designed rear box—crafted with both the inlet and outlet exiting from the same side for a unique layout and optimal flow.

We finished the system with a clean single rolled tailpipe that suits the Volvo’s understated, classic styling. A subtle but purposeful transformation, giving this retro Volvo a smoother tone, better performance, and a fresh stainless steel system built to last.
