Service Completed: Custom Single Exit Cat-Back Exhaust with Oval Tip

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke single exit cat-back exhaust system for this Vauxhall Vectra 1.6 16v 140 Petrol, designed to improve exhaust flow and give the car a cleaner, more refined sound.

The original system was replaced with a custom-built mid section and rear exhaust, helping the engine breathe more efficiently. This results in smoother performance and a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note without being overly loud – ideal for everyday driving.

To finish the system, we fitted an oval tip, giving the rear of the Vectra a subtle yet smart upgrade that complements the overall look of the car.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand fabricated in house using high quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, a precise fit, and a clean, professional finish throughout.
