Service Completed: Custom Dual Rear Exhaust Upgrade with Quad Chrome Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom dual rear exhaust upgrade on this 2016 Skoda Octavia vRS TDI 2.0L Diesel, enhancing the vehicle’s rear-end appearance with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust conversion.

For this build, we manufactured and installed a custom dual rear exhaust section in-house, transforming the factory rear exhaust layout into a more aggressive and performance-inspired setup. The new system was carefully fabricated to suit the Octavia vRS, providing a balanced and symmetrical rear-end appearance that complements the sporty styling of the vehicle.

To complete the upgrade, the system was finished with a set of quad chrome exhaust tips, giving the rear of the car a more premium and purposeful look. The quad-exit design helps emphasise the performance heritage of the vRS model while adding a distinctive visual enhancement over the standard exhaust arrangement.

All fabrication work was carried out using high-quality stainless steel, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional finish throughout. Every component was custom-built to achieve precise fitment and an OEM-quality appearance.
