Renault Twingo GT 2008 - MIJ Exhaust Systems

Service Completed: Renault Twingo GT Custom Cat-Back Exhaust & Rolled Slash-Cut Tip

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this 2008 Renault Twingo GT 1.2L Turbocharged Petrol into our workshop for a custom cat-back exhaust system, finished with a single-exit rolled slash-cut exhaust tip.

The customer was looking for a simple but distinctive custom exhaust setup to complement the compact and sporty character of the Twingo GT. After discussing the requirements, we set about fabricating a bespoke system specifically for the vehicle.

For this project, we fabricated and fitted a custom single-exit cat-back exhaust system, finished with a single rolled slash-cut tip. The slash-cut design gives the rear of the Twingo a sharper and more purposeful appearance, while the rolled edge adds a clean finishing touch.

As always, careful attention was paid to the pipe routing, positioning, clearances and alignment, ensuring the system sat correctly beneath the vehicle and the exhaust tip was neatly positioned at the rear.

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we specialise in custom exhaust fabrication and modifications, allowing us to create bespoke systems tailored to both the vehicle and the customer’s requirements. From simple cat-back systems to more involved custom exhaust builds, we can fabricate a setup to suit a wide range of vehicles.

The finished result is a custom single-exit cat-back exhaust with a rolled slash-cut tip, giving this Renault Twingo GT a clean, sporty and distinctive rear-end finish.

We’ve also recorded a sound test video of this SEAT Leon, so you can hear the finished exhaust system for yourself.
