🔧 Service Completed: Custom Dual-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom cat-back exhaust upgrade on this Range Rover Sport V8 2005 4.2L Petrol, enhancing both the sound and appearance of this supercharged performance SUV.

For this build, we fabricated a bespoke dual-exit cat-back system featuring twin pipework feeding into a custom 2-in, 2-out centre silencer. This setup was designed to improve exhaust flow while delivering a deeper, more authoritative V8 exhaust note that better reflects the performance and character of the 4.2L engine.

The result is a richer, more aggressive soundtrack with increased presence under acceleration, while still maintaining a refined tone suitable for everyday driving and long-distance cruising.

To complete the rear-end transformation, we finished the system with a pair of slash-cut exhaust tips, giving the vehicle a clean, sporty appearance that perfectly complements the styling of the Range Rover Sport.

As with all of our custom exhaust work, the entire system was fabricated and installed in-house using high-quality materials and precision craftsmanship to ensure excellent fitment, durability, and a professional finish throughout.
