Service Completed: MG ZS Custom Cat-Back Exhaust & Curl Down Tip

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this 2020 MG ZS 1.5L Naturally Aspirated Petrol into our workshop for a custom cat-back exhaust system, finished with a single-exit curl down tip.

The customer was looking for a straightforward custom exhaust setup that would provide a clean and practical finish while retaining the original character of the MG ZS. After discussing the requirements, we set about fabricating a bespoke system tailored specifically to the vehicle.

For this project, we fitted a custom cat-back exhaust system with a single-exit configuration, finished with a curl down exhaust tip. The downward-facing tip provides a neat and understated finish at the rear while keeping the overall appearance clean and discreet.

As always, careful attention was paid to the pipe routing, positioning, clearances and alignment, ensuring the system sat correctly beneath the vehicle and the tip was positioned neatly at the rear.
