Service Completed: Flexi Section & Custom Mid and Rear Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out two services on a 1998 Jaguar XJR Supercharged 4.0 Petrol, including a replacement flexi section and a complete custom mid and rear exhaust system.

The first service involved replacing the flexi section, restoring the integrity of the exhaust system and ensuring a secure, properly fitted connection.

For the second stage, we fabricated and fitted a custom mid and rear exhaust system, designed around a dual exit configuration to complement the character and styling of this iconic supercharged Jaguar.

The finished system gives the XJR a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note while maintaining the elegant appearance expected from a Jaguar. The dual exit setup adds a subtle performance-inspired finish without taking away from the classic look of the car.

As with all our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and fitted in-house, with careful attention to fitment, pipework, alignment and overall finish.
