Service Completed: Custom Dual Exit Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust upgrade on this Jaguar XJ Executive 2.7L Diesel (2006), enhancing both the vehicle’s presence and overall exhaust flow while maintaining its refined character.

This build featured a custom cat-back system, designed with a dual rear exit to give the car a more balanced and premium appearance. The upgraded setup improves exhaust gas flow, allowing the engine to run more smoothly while delivering a deeper, more defined exhaust tone that complements the luxury nature of the XJ without becoming intrusive.

The dual exit configuration adds a subtle performance-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle, while still retaining a clean, OEM+ look in keeping with Jaguar’s styling.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, factory-quality fit.
