Service Completed: Custom Manifold-Back Exhaust System – 1976 Jaguar XJ

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a full custom manifold-back exhaust system for this beautiful 1976 Jaguar XJ, giving this classic British icon a brand-new exhaust built to last for years to come.

For this Jaguar XJ, we designed and fabricated a complete manifold-back system, carefully following the original routing while ensuring an excellent fit and preserving the character of the vehicle. The finished exhaust delivers a smooth, refined tone that suits the classic Jaguar perfectly while restoring reliability and performance.

As with all of our custom exhaust systems, this one was handcrafted in-house from high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, providing exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and a professional finish that will stand the test of time.
