Service Completed: Backbox Delete Centre Exit Conversion

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom exhaust transformation on this Ford ST3 2018 2.0L Petrol, giving the car a much more aggressive look and an exhaust note to match.

This build involved a custom backbox delete paired with a centre exit conversion, completely changing the rear-end appearance while allowing the exhaust system to produce a louder, sharper and more sporty tone. By removing the restrictive factory backbox setup, the ST3 is able to deliver a more responsive sound with enhanced pops and character under acceleration.

To complete the look, we fitted twin exhaust tips in the centre exit configuration, giving the car a cleaner and far more performance-focused finish inspired by modern hot hatch styling.

As with all of our custom systems, everything was fabricated and installed in-house using high-quality materials and precision workmanship to ensure perfect fitment, durability, and a clean final result.
