Service Completed: Ford Orion 1983 1.6L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Custom Mid and Rear Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this classic 1983 Ford Orion 1.6L Naturally Aspirated Petrol into our workshop for a custom-made mid and rear exhaust system, giving this iconic Ford a bespoke exhaust setup tailored to the vehicle.

With classic cars like the Ford Orion, getting the exhaust fitment right is essential. Our aim was to create a system that suited the car’s original character while providing a clean, well-finished appearance and a proper fit throughout.

For this project, we custom-fabricated a single-exit mid and rear exhaust system, carefully designing and fitting the components to follow the contours of the vehicle. From the mid-section through to the rear, the system was built to provide a neat, secure fit and a finish that complements the Orion’s classic styling.
