Ford Fiesta ST-3 2016 - MIJ Exhaust Systems

Service Completed: Ford Fiesta ST-3 Custom Cat-Back Exhaust & Twin Tip

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this 2016 Ford Fiesta ST-3 1.6L Turbo Petrol into our workshop for a custom cat-back exhaust system, giving this hot hatch a sharper look and a more purposeful exhaust note.

The customer was looking for a custom cat-back system with a single-exit configuration, finished with a twin exhaust tip. After discussing the requirements, we set about fabricating a bespoke system specifically for the Fiesta ST-3.

For this project, we fitted a custom cat-back exhaust system with a single-exit layout, finished with a twin exhaust tip. The setup provides a clean and sporty appearance while complementing the compact, aggressive styling of the Fiesta ST-3.

The custom system also gives the car a more pronounced exhaust note, allowing the character of the 1.6L turbocharged engine to come through while retaining a clean and neatly fabricated setup.

As with all of our custom exhaust work, careful attention was paid to the pipe routing, tip positioning, alignment and overall finish, ensuring the system sat correctly beneath the vehicle and the twin tip was positioned neatly within the rear bumper.

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we specialise in custom exhaust fabrication and modifications, allowing us to create bespoke systems tailored to the vehicle and the customer’s requirements. Whether you’re looking for a change in exhaust note, a different rear-end appearance or a completely bespoke exhaust configuration, we can fabricate a system to suit.

The finished result is a custom cat-back exhaust system with a single-exit twin-tip configuration, giving this Fiesta ST-3 a clean, sporty appearance and a more distinctive exhaust note.

We’ve also recorded a sound test video of this Fiesta ST-3, giving you the opportunity to hear the finished system for yourself.
