Service Completed: Custom Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom rear exhaust upgrade for a 2022 Ford Fiesta ST-Line 1.0L Turbo Petrol, replacing the factory rear back box with a bespoke stainless steel backbox-delete setup designed to give the vehicle a sportier appearance and a more purposeful exhaust note.

For this project, the customer opted for a rear backbox delete with a single-exit twin-tip configuration. We removed the original rear back box and fabricated a new stainless steel rear section, carefully manufactured to provide a precise fit while maintaining the correct positioning and clearance underneath the Fiesta.

The new system was finished with a stylish twin-tip outlet, giving the rear of the vehicle a cleaner and more aggressive appearance while retaining a neat, factory-style fitment. The single-exit twin-tip design complements the sporty styling of the ST-Line perfectly without being overly complicated or excessive.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the new rear section was fabricated specifically for this vehicle to ensure accurate fitment, durability, and a high-quality finish. The backbox delete also provides a more noticeable and sportier exhaust note compared with the standard system, while remaining well suited to everyday road use.
