Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Straight Pipe Exhaust (Mid & Rear Section)

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke cat-back straight pipe exhaust system on this SEAT Leon TDI FR Diesel, designed to improve exhaust flow, enhance sound, and give the car a sharper, more aggressive presence.

The system replaces the factory mid and rear sections with a fully hand-fabricated straight pipe setup, constructed from premium T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded for maximum durability, precision fitment, and a clean, professional finish. The straight pipe design allows the diesel engine to breathe more freely, improving both tone and throttle response.

To finish the build, the exhaust was completed with twin double-skinned tailpipes, giving the rear of the FR Diesel a sporty, high-quality look that perfectly complements the car’s styling.
