MW 540i xDrive M Sport (2017) – Valved Rear Section Upgrade at MIJ Exhaust

This 2017 BMW 540i xDrive M Sport came into MIJ Exhaust for a custom valved rear section upgrade, designed to enhance sound control, improve flow, and elevate the overall rear-end styling. We fabricated a stainless steel valved system paired with a quad exit layout, finished with our signature carbon fibre-effect tips.

With the valves open, the 3.0L turbocharged straight-six delivers a deeper, more aggressive tone, while closing them retains a refined, everyday-driving character. The quad carbon fibre tips complete the transformation, giving the rear of the vehicle a bold, premium M Sport finish.
