Service Completed: BMW 525i 2002 2.5L Naturally Aspirated Petrol Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this 2002 BMW 525i 2.5L Naturally Aspirated Petrol into our workshop for a custom-made cat-back exhaust system, giving this executive BMW a bespoke exhaust setup with a distinctive rear-end finish.

The customer was looking for a custom exhaust solution that would complement the styling of the 5 Series while adding a more individual appearance. After discussing the available options, we set about fabricating a system tailored to the vehicle, with particular attention to the rear exhaust design.

For this project, we custom-fabricated a single-exit cat-back exhaust system, finished with twin staggered exhaust tips. The system was carefully designed and fitted to ensure the exhaust sat neatly beneath the vehicle, with the twin staggered tips adding a distinctive custom detail to the rear of the car.

The single-exit configuration gives the exhaust a clean, purposeful layout, while the twin staggered tips provide a unique finishing touch that sets this 525i apart. The result is a bespoke appearance that complements the car’s classic BMW styling without going over the top.
