Service Completed: Cat-Back Exhaust Upgrade (Mid & Rear with Twin Tip Finish)

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom exhaust upgrade on this BMW 520i (1994), enhancing both its sound and overall appearance while respecting its classic character.

The work involved a full cat-back system, replacing the mid and rear sections with a custom-built setup designed to improve exhaust flow and deliver a smoother, more refined tone. The result is a deeper, more purposeful sound that complements the car without being overly aggressive.

To finish things off, the system was fitted with a twin tip rear exit, giving the car a cleaner and more balanced look at the rear while subtly modernising its appearance.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using premium T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring durability, a precise fit, and a high-quality finish throughout.
