Service Completed: Custom Dual Valved Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke rear exhaust upgrade on this BMW 335i M Sport 3.0L Petrol (2008), designed to deliver the perfect balance between refined cruising and aggressive performance sound.

This build featured a custom dual rear section fitted with dual valved exhaust boxes, giving the driver full control over the exhaust note. With the valves closed, the system maintains a smooth, subtle tone ideal for everyday driving. Open the valves, and the car comes to life with a much deeper, louder, and more engaging exhaust note that truly complements the 335i’s performance.

The upgraded system improves overall exhaust flow, helping the engine breathe more efficiently while enhancing throttle response and delivering a more dynamic driving experience.

Visually, the dual rear setup enhances the rear profile of the vehicle, maintaining a clean OEM+ appearance while adding a more purposeful, performance-driven edge.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, factory-quality fit.
