Service Completed: Dual Exit Back Box Delete with Quad Burnt Blue Exhaust Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom rear exhaust upgrade on this 2021 BMW 330e M Sport Auto 2.0L Hybrid, enhancing both the appearance and sound of the vehicle with a bespoke back box delete and quad-exit finish.

For this build, we removed the factory rear silencer and fabricated a custom dual-exit rear section, allowing the exhaust to exit on both sides of the vehicle. This modification gives the rear end a much more aggressive and performance-inspired appearance, perfectly complementing the sporty styling of the M Sport model.

To complete the transformation, we fitted a set of quad burnt blue effect exhaust tips, with two tips on each side. The vibrant burnt blue finish creates a striking contrast against the rear bumper and adds a premium motorsport-inspired touch to the vehicle. The quad-exit arrangement fills the rear valance beautifully, giving the BMW a more purposeful and commanding presence on the road.

Alongside the visual upgrade, the back box delete allows more of the engine’s natural tone to be heard, producing a deeper and sportier exhaust note. While the 330e’s hybrid drivetrain maintains its efficiency and refinement, the exhaust modification adds an extra layer of character when the petrol engine is engaged, making the driving experience more rewarding.
