Service Completed: Custom 3-Inch Downpipe-Back Exhaust System & Carbon Fibre Tip

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom 3-inch downpipe-back exhaust system on a 2015 BMW 330d M Sport 3.0L turbocharged diesel, giving the car a more performance-focused exhaust setup with a clean, sporty finish.

For this build, we fabricated and fitted a 3-inch diameter downpipe-back exhaust system, replacing the existing exhaust from the downpipe rearwards with bespoke pipework designed specifically for the BMW 330d.

The system was finished in a single exit configuration, complemented by a carbon fibre exhaust tip for a modern and premium appearance that suits the M Sport styling of the vehicle.

As with all our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and fitted in-house, with careful attention to pipework, fitment and alignment to ensure a clean and quality finish.

Whether you’re looking for a 3-inch downpipe-back exhaust, custom single exit system, carbon fibre exhaust tip, or a bespoke BMW 330d exhaust upgrade, our team can design and fabricate a setup to suit your vehicle and preferred style.

We’ve also got a video of this build, showcasing the exhaust work and finished setup, so you can see the results and hear how the BMW sounds.
