Service Completed: Custom Back Box Delete & Twin Exit Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete and twin exit exhaust upgrade on a 2002 BMW 325ti Sport 2.5L petrol, giving this compact BMW a more aggressive rear-end appearance with a bespoke exhaust setup.

For this build, the original rear back box was removed and replaced with a custom back box delete, transforming the rear of the vehicle with a more distinctive exhaust configuration.

To complete the setup, we custom-fabricated twin angled exhaust pipes, carefully shaped to follow the contours of the vehicle’s rear bumper. The system was finished with twin single exhaust tips, creating a balanced, symmetrical look that complements the styling of the BMW 325ti.

As with all our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and fitted in-house, with particular attention to the angles of the pipework, the contours of the bodywork and the alignment of the exhaust tips to achieve a clean, tailored finish.

Whether you’re looking for a back box delete, custom twin exit exhaust, bespoke angled exhaust pipes, or a custom BMW exhaust upgrade, our team can design and fabricate a setup to suit your vehicle and preferred style.

We’ve also got a video of this build, showcasing the custom fabrication and finished exhaust setup, so you can see the results and hear how the car sounds.
