Service Completed: Custom Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke rear exhaust upgrade on this BMW 325i SE (2007), designed to enhance both the sound and rear-end styling while maintaining the vehicle’s natural straight-six character.

This build featured a custom rear section finished with a Jap-style exhaust can, giving the car a more distinctive and performance-inspired tone. The upgraded setup allows for improved exhaust flow compared to the factory system, resulting in a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note with a sharper edge when driven under load.

The Jap-style can also adds a subtle motorsport-inspired aesthetic to the rear of the vehicle, complementing the BMW’s classic design while giving it a more aggressive presence.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, factory-quality fit.
