Service Completed: Custom Turbo-Back Exhaust System with Offset Quad Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a full custom turbo-back exhaust upgrade on this 2013 BMW 320i xDrive M Sport, transforming both the vehicle’s appearance and exhaust performance.

For this build, we fabricated and installed a bespoke stainless steel turbo-back exhaust system, designed to maximise exhaust flow from the turbocharger through to the rear of the vehicle. The new system delivers a more responsive and engaging driving experience, accompanied by a deeper, sportier exhaust note that complements the turbocharged engine perfectly.

A key feature of this build was the integration of the vehicle’s original exhaust valve into the new system. By retaining the factory valve functionality, the owner can continue to benefit from the balance of comfort and performance that BMW intended, while enjoying the enhanced sound and flow characteristics of the custom exhaust setup.

To achieve the best possible rear-end appearance, we finished the system with a set of custom offset quad exhaust tips. This configuration was specifically designed to suit the available space within the M Sport rear bumper, ensuring a balanced and factory-inspired fit while providing a much more aggressive and performance-focused look.

The completed system enhances the vehicle’s road presence significantly, giving the BMW a premium performance aesthetic to match its upgraded exhaust setup.

As with all of our custom exhaust systems, the work was carried out in-house using high-quality stainless steel and precision fabrication techniques to ensure excellent fitment, durability, and a professional finish throughout.
