Service Completed: Cat-Back Dual Exit Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom cat-back exhaust upgrade on this BMW 116i Sport 2012 1.6L Petrol, giving the car a more aggressive sound and a much sportier rear-end appearance.

For this build, we fabricated and installed a full custom cat-back system designed to improve exhaust flow and bring out more character from the 1.6L turbo engine. The new setup delivers a deeper and more refined exhaust note with a sharper tone under acceleration, while still remaining comfortable for daily driving.

To complete the transformation, we converted the system to a dual exit configuration and fitted single blue burnt effect exhaust tips on each side. The burnt finish adds a clean performance-inspired look to the rear of the vehicle, perfectly complementing the sporty styling of the BMW.

As with all of our systems, the work was completed entirely in-house using high-quality materials and precision fabrication techniques to ensure excellent fitment, durability, and a clean overall finish.
