🔧 Service Completed: Custom Dual-Exit Rear Section Exhaust Upgrade & Back Box Delete

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete and dual-exit rear section exhaust conversion for a 2015 BMW 116d Luxury, giving the vehicle a much sportier rear appearance and a more engaging exhaust tone.

For this project, we fabricated a bespoke dual-exit rear section, replacing the factory single-exit setup with a balanced dual-exit design. The system was finished with single polished exhaust tips on both the left and right-hand sides, creating a clean OEM+ look that perfectly complements the styling of the BMW 1 Series.

As part of the upgrade, we also carried out our back box delete service, producing a deeper, more refined exhaust note while maintaining everyday drivability. Every system is carefully tailored to suit the individual vehicle, ensuring the sound and appearance meet our customer’s requirements.

The entire exhaust system was fabricated in-house using premium-grade materials and precision welding techniques to guarantee excellent fitment, durability, and a high-quality finish. Every detail was completed by our experienced fabricators to ensure the finished result looks as though it left the factory that way.
