Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust with X-Pipe Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust system on this Audi S5 S Line 2018, designed to enhance exhaust flow, refine the tone, and bring out a more dynamic driving experience.

This build features a full custom cat-back exhaust system incorporating an X-pipe divider, allowing for improved exhaust scavenging and a smoother, more balanced flow between both ბანკs of the engine. The result is a sharper throttle response and a more refined, performance-focused sound profile.

Compared to the factory system, the upgrade delivers a deeper, more aggressive tone under acceleration, while maintaining a clean and composed note during cruising—perfectly suited to the S5’s blend of performance and everyday usability.

Visually and acoustically, the transformation is clear, with the X-pipe setup providing a more exotic, higher-pitched character at higher revs without excessive drone.

As with all of our systems, this exhaust was fabricated in-house using high-grade T304 stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise OEM+ finish.
