Service Completed: Custom Mid Box Delete & Valved Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke exhaust upgrade on this Audi A4 S Line (2020) 2.0L Petrol, designed to enhance sound, improve flow, and add full control over the exhaust character.

This build featured a custom mid box delete combined with a valved rear section, significantly improving exhaust gas flow by reducing restriction through the centre section. The result is a more responsive driving feel with a sharper, more engaging exhaust note.

The addition of the valved rear system gives the driver full control over the sound. With the valves closed, the system maintains a refined, subtle tone suitable for everyday driving and motorway use. When opened, the exhaust delivers a deeper, more aggressive sound with increased volume and presence, perfectly matching the sporty nature of the S Line model.

The system was designed to integrate seamlessly with the vehicle, maintaining a clean OEM+ appearance while adding a more performance-focused edge.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, long-lasting fit.
