Service Completed: Custom Dual Exit Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke dual exit cat-back exhaust system for this Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1750 (2011), designed to enhance performance, sound, and overall driving character.

The factory system was replaced with a custom-built mid section and rear exhaust, improving exhaust flow and allowing the engine to breathe more freely. This results in a sharper throttle response and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note that really complements the sporty nature of the Giulietta.

The dual exit setup not only improves sound but also gives the rear of the car a more balanced and performance-focused appearance, tying in perfectly with its styling.

As with all of our exhaust systems, this setup was hand-fabricated in-house using high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and a precise, high-quality finish.
