Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke cat-back exhaust system for a 2010 Renault Clio 1.2L Petrol, replacing the existing exhaust with a handcrafted stainless steel system designed and manufactured to the customer’s requirements.

For this project, the customer requested a single-exit cat-back exhaust system. We fabricated the complete system in-house, carefully routing and positioning the new stainless steel pipework to provide accurate fitment underneath the Clio while achieving a clean and understated finish at the rear of the vehicle.

The single-exit configuration gives the Clio a simple and purposeful appearance, while the custom cat-back system provides a more distinctive exhaust note from the 1.2L petrol engine. The stainless steel construction also provides excellent durability and a high-quality finish designed to stand the test of time.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the new exhaust system was built specifically for this Renault Clio. Our experienced fabricators paid close attention to the pipework, clearances, positioning, and final finish to ensure the completed system fitted correctly and looked right underneath the vehicle.
