BMW M140i 2018 - MIJ Exhaust Systems

Service Completed: BMW M140i Custom Rear Exhaust Section & Back Box Delete

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this BMW M140i into our workshop for a custom rear exhaust upgrade, giving this performance BMW a sharper, more aggressive rear-end finish.

The customer was looking to give the rear of the M140i a more purposeful appearance while keeping the setup clean and understated. After discussing the options, we set about creating a bespoke rear section tailored specifically to the vehicle.

For this project, we carried out a custom rear section with a back box delete, finished with a dual-exit configuration and our carbon fibre M Sport black exhaust tips.

The back box delete gives the rear section a much cleaner and more direct appearance, while the dual-exit layout perfectly complements the sporty styling of the M140i. To finish the system off, we fitted our carbon fibre M Sport black tips, adding that final touch of detail and giving the exhaust a premium, performance-inspired look.

As always, careful attention was paid to the positioning, alignment and overall finish of the exhaust to ensure everything sat exactly as it should beneath the vehicle.

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we specialise in custom exhaust fabrication and modifications, allowing us to create bespoke setups that are tailored to both the vehicle and the customer’s requirements. It’s the small details that can make a big difference, and the choice of exhaust tips on this M140i really completes the look.

The finished result is a custom dual-exit rear section with the back box deleted, beautifully finished with our carbon fibre M Sport black tips for a clean and aggressive appearance.

We’ve also got a video of this one! Take a look below to see the custom exhaust fitted to the Fiesta and hear the finished setup for yourself.
