Service Completed: Volvo 740 Custom Single-Exit Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this iconic Volvo 740 into our workshop for a custom-made cat-back exhaust system, giving this distinctive older Volvo a bespoke exhaust setup.

The customer was looking for a replacement exhaust solution with a clean, simple design that would suit the character of the 740. After discussing the requirements, we set about fabricating a system specifically for the vehicle.

For this project, we custom-fabricated and fitted a single-exit cat-back exhaust system, carefully routing and positioning the pipework to ensure a neat fit underneath the vehicle while maintaining the necessary clearances.

The single-exit configuration keeps the rear of the Volvo looking clean and understated, while the custom fabrication ensures the system is properly fitted to the vehicle rather than relying on a generic off-the-shelf solution.
