Service Completed: Mercedes-AMG A35 2019 Turbocharged Petrol Custom Rear Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently welcomed this 2019 Mercedes-AMG A35 Turbocharged Petrol into our workshop for a custom rear exhaust upgrade, giving this performance-focused AMG an aggressive and distinctive quad-exit finish.

The customer wanted to transform the rear of the A35 with a more purposeful exhaust setup while giving the car a stronger visual presence. After discussing the options, we carried out a bespoke rear exhaust modification tailored specifically to the vehicle.

For this project, we deleted the rear back box and fabricated a custom quad-exit setup, featuring twin exhaust tips on both sides of the vehicle. The new layout gives the rear of the A35 a much more aggressive appearance, with the four tips creating a balanced and purposeful look across the rear bumper.

The back-box delete also provides a more direct rear exhaust configuration, while the custom-fabricated pipework and quad-tip arrangement were carefully positioned to achieve the correct alignment, spacing, and clearances.
