Service Completed: Custom Back Box Delete & Dual Exit Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete and dual exit exhaust upgrade for a 2014 BMW 435i 3.0 Turbo Petrol, giving this powerful six-cylinder BMW a more aggressive sound and performance-inspired appearance.

For this build, we removed the original rear back boxes and fabricated a custom back box delete, designed to enhance the exhaust note and bring out more of the character from BMW’s 3.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine.

The system was finished with a dual exit configuration, complemented by double-skinned slash-cut exhaust tips. The sharp slash-cut design gives the rear of the 435i a clean, sporty finish while adding a subtle performance-inspired touch.

As with all our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and fitted in-house, with careful attention to pipework, fitment, alignment and overall finish.
