Service Completed: Custom DPF-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom DPF-back exhaust system for a 2014 BMW 116d M Sport 2.0 Turbo Diesel, giving the car a bespoke exhaust setup while retaining the DPF in place.

For this build, we fabricated the exhaust system from the DPF backwards, creating a custom rear section tailored specifically to the BMW 116d and its M Sport styling.

The system was hand-fabricated and fitted in-house, with careful attention to the routing, fitment and alignment of the pipework to ensure a clean and professional finish.
