Service Completed: Custom Back Box Delete & Quad Exit Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete and quad exit exhaust upgrade for a 2012 BMW 120d M Sport 2.0 Diesel, giving this sporty BMW a more aggressive rear-end appearance and a sharper exhaust note.

For this build, the original rear back box was removed and replaced with a custom fabricated back box delete, creating a cleaner, freer-flowing rear section while giving the car a more purposeful sound.

The system was finished with a dual exit setup featuring quad exhaust tips, transforming the rear of the 120d and giving it a distinctive, performance-inspired look.

As with all our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and fitted in-house, with careful attention to pipework, alignment and finish to ensure the completed system looks as good as it performs.
