Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke cat-back exhaust system for a 2002 BMW 325Ci 2.5 Petrol, giving this iconic E46 coupe a handcrafted stainless steel exhaust that enhances both its sound and appearance.

For this project, we manufactured a completely new cat-back exhaust system, replacing the original system with a bespoke stainless steel setup. The new design converted the factory twin pipe layout into a single exit configuration, incorporating a Jap-style performance back box to deliver a sportier aesthetic and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note that perfectly suits the character of the BMW’s smooth 2.5-litre straight-six engine.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the exhaust system was built to ensure precise fitment, exceptional durability, and a high-quality finish throughout.
