Service Completed: Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a bespoke cat-back exhaust system for a 1995 Volvo 2.5 Petrol, providing a durable stainless steel replacement that combines factory-style fitment with a custom finish tailored to the customer’s requirements.

For this project, we manufactured a completely new single exit cat-back exhaust system, replacing both the centre and rear sections with a handcrafted stainless steel system built specifically for the vehicle. Incorporating the customer’s supplied rear back box, we fabricated the system to ensure a precise fit before finishing it with a stylish oval stainless steel exhaust tip, giving the Volvo a clean, understated appearance that perfectly suits the vehicle.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the new exhaust system was built to deliver exceptional durability, accurate fitment, and a high-quality finish throughout.
