Service Completed: Custom Rear Exhaust Upgrade with Quad Tailpipes

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom rear exhaust upgrade for a BMW 330e, transforming the rear-end appearance with a bespoke quad tailpipe conversion while retaining the functionality of the vehicle’s original exhaust valve system.

For this project, we fabricated a custom rear exhaust section, replacing the factory rear section with a handcrafted stainless steel system designed specifically for the vehicle. The exhaust was finished with quad polished tailpipes, giving the BMW 330e a more aggressive, performance-inspired appearance that perfectly suits its sporty styling.

A key part of this conversion was integrating the client’s existing factory exhaust valve into the new system, ensuring the original valve functionality was retained. This allows the exhaust to continue operating as intended, maintaining everyday refinement while delivering a more engaging exhaust note when the valve opens.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the new rear section was built to provide precise fitment, exceptional durability, and a high-quality finish throughout.
