Service Completed: Back Box Delete with Twin Tailpipe Finish

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete for a 2015 Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.25 Naturally Aspirated, giving this popular hatchback a sportier exhaust note and a cleaner, more purposeful rear-end appearance.

For this project, we removed the factory rear silencer and fabricated a bespoke stainless steel back box delete, finished with a single exit featuring twin polished tailpipes. This simple yet effective upgrade enhances the look of the Fiesta while providing a more aggressive, performance-inspired finish that complements the car’s styling.

Manufactured entirely in-house using premium-grade stainless steel, the new exhaust section was built to ensure a precise fit, excellent durability, and a high-quality finish throughout. The back box delete delivers a deeper, more pronounced exhaust note than the original system, giving the naturally aspirated engine a sportier character without compromising everyday drivability.
