Service Completed: Backbox Delete Dual Exit Exhaust with Quad Double-Skinned Tips – BMW 330e M Sport Hybrid

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently transformed this BMW 330e M Sport Hybrid with a custom backbox delete dual exit exhaust system, finished with a set of premium quad double-skinned exhaust tips to give the rear of the vehicle a much sportier appearance.

The owner wanted to enhance the car’s aesthetics while giving it a more engaging exhaust note without compromising the hybrid system. Our bespoke solution delivered exactly that, creating a cleaner, more aggressive look and a deeper, refined tone that perfectly complements the 330e’s turbocharged petrol engine.

For this BMW, we fabricated a custom backbox delete dual exit exhaust, carefully designed to fit the vehicle perfectly while integrating seamlessly with the factory system. The addition of quad double-skinned exhaust tips gives the rear end a genuine performance-inspired finish, filling out the diffuser and completing the M Sport styling.

As with all of our custom exhaust systems, this BMW’s exhaust was manufactured from high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring exceptional strength, corrosion resistance, and a premium finish that’s built to last.
