Service Completed: Custom Rear Section Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom rear section exhaust upgrade for a 2005 BMW 330Ci 3.0 Petrol, enhancing both the sound and appearance of this iconic six-cylinder coupe with a bespoke stainless steel exhaust system.

For this build, we fabricated a custom rear section exhaust, carefully designed to deliver a deeper, sportier exhaust note that complements the smooth character of BMW’s renowned 3.0-litre straight-six engine. Manufactured entirely in-house, the system provides excellent fitment, durability, and a high-quality finish throughout.

The upgrade features a twin oval rear silencer (back box), providing a refined exhaust tone while maintaining everyday usability. To complete the look, the system was finished with a pair of twin polished exhaust tips, giving the rear of the BMW 330Ci a clean OEM+ appearance with a subtle performance-inspired finish.
