Service Completed: Custom Quad Exit Backbox Delete – Jaguar XKR 5.0L Supercharged Petrol

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom quad exit backbox delete for this stunning Jaguar XKR 5.0L Supercharged Petrol, transforming both the sound and rear-end appearance.

The customer wanted to unleash more of the iconic supercharged V8 soundtrack while maintaining a clean, factory-inspired finish. We fabricated a bespoke rear section featuring twin tailpipes on both sides, creating a stylish quad exit setup that perfectly complements the XKR’s sporty design.

By removing the restrictive rear silencers, the exhaust now delivers a much deeper, more aggressive V8 tone, allowing the character of the supercharged engine to shine through without compromising everyday drivability. The result is a richer exhaust note that truly matches the performance of the car.

As with all of our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated in-house from high-quality T304 stainless steel and fully TIG welded, ensuring exceptional durability, a precise fit, and a professional finish built to last.
