🔧 Service Completed: Custom Dual-Exit Valved Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom valved cat-back exhaust upgrade on this Lexus LS400 V8 2000 4.0L Naturally Aspirated Petrol, giving this legendary luxury saloon the V8 soundtrack it deserves while retaining its refined character.

For this build, we fabricated a bespoke dual-exit cat-back exhaust system incorporating a valved setup, allowing the driver to switch between a quieter, refined exhaust note for everyday driving and a deeper, more aggressive V8 sound whenever desired.

The custom pipework was designed to improve exhaust flow and enhance the natural tone of the iconic 4.0L V8, producing a richer exhaust note with greater presence under acceleration, while maintaining the smooth cruising comfort that the LS400 is renowned for.

To complete the rear-end transformation, the system was finished with a stylish dual-exit layout, giving the Lexus a cleaner, more purposeful appearance that perfectly complements its timeless design.

As with every exhaust we build, the entire system was custom fabricated and installed in-house using high-quality materials and precision craftsmanship to ensure outstanding fitment, durability, and a professional finish from front to back.
