Service Completed: Custom Back Box Delete

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a custom back box delete on this 2017 BMW 218d 2.0 Turbo Diesel, giving the car a sportier exhaust note while retaining its refined everyday drivability.

For this build, we fabricated and installed a custom back box delete to improve the exhaust sound and allow more of the engine’s natural tone to come through. The result is a deeper, more purposeful exhaust note that enhances the driving experience without being overly intrusive.

The modification also provides a cleaner, more streamlined rear exhaust setup while maintaining an OEM+ appearance that perfectly suits the styling of the BMW 2 Series.

As with all of our custom exhaust work, the entire system was fabricated and installed in-house using high-quality materials and precision craftsmanship, ensuring excellent fitment, long-lasting durability, and a professional finish.
