Service Completed: Customer-Supplied Downpipe & Custom Cat-Back Exhaust System

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom exhaust upgrade on this VW Lupo, combining a customer-supplied downpipe with one of our bespoke cat-back exhaust systems to deliver improved performance, enhanced sound, and a much sportier driving experience.

For this build, the customer supplied their own upgraded downpipe, which we professionally fitted as part of the installation. To complete the setup, our team fabricated and installed a custom cat-back exhaust system, designed specifically for the vehicle to maximise exhaust flow and complement the upgraded front section.

The combination of the aftermarket downpipe and custom rear system allows the exhaust gases to flow more freely throughout the entire system, helping to improve throttle response and unlock more character from the engine. The result is a sharper and more responsive driving experience, along with a noticeably more aggressive exhaust note.

Our custom cat-back system was carefully designed and fabricated in-house to ensure precise fitment, excellent ground clearance, and long-term durability. The completed setup delivers a deeper, louder, and more purposeful exhaust tone compared to the factory system, giving the VW Lupo a much stronger presence both at idle and under acceleration.
