Service Completed: Dual Back Box Delete with Quad Black Chrome Staggered Tips

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom rear exhaust upgrade on this BMW 530d, transforming the vehicle’s appearance with a dual back box delete and a stunning quad-exit finish.

For this build, we removed the factory rear silencers and fabricated custom straight-through rear sections, creating a dual back box delete setup that enhances both the aesthetics and character of the vehicle. By modifying the rear section of the exhaust system, we were able to achieve a much sportier look without the need to replace the entire exhaust system.

To complete the conversion, we fitted a set of quad black chrome staggered exhaust tips, featuring twin tips on each side of the vehicle. The staggered design adds depth and a premium performance-inspired appearance, while the black chrome finish provides a modern, aggressive look that complements the styling of the BMW perfectly.

The quad-exit setup dramatically improves the rear-end presence of the vehicle, giving it a more balanced and purposeful appearance reminiscent of BMW’s higher-performance models. The upgraded rear section also allows for a deeper and more noticeable exhaust tone, adding further character to the driving experience while retaining everyday usability.
