Service Completed: Backbox Delete Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently carried out a custom backbox delete on this BMW 325i 2008 3.0L Petrol, giving the car a much deeper and more aggressive exhaust note while enhancing the sporty character of the straight-six engine.

By removing the factory backbox setup, the exhaust is able to flow more freely, allowing more of the natural tone from the 3.0L petrol engine to come through. The result is a sharper, richer exhaust sound with a noticeable increase in presence under acceleration, while still maintaining a smooth tone during normal driving.

To complete the look, we fitted twin staggered exhaust tips, giving the rear of the vehicle a cleaner and more performance-inspired finish that perfectly suits the styling of the BMW.

As with all of our custom exhaust work, the system was fabricated and installed entirely in-house using high-quality materials and precision fabrication techniques to ensure excellent fitment, durability, and a clean overall finish.
