Service Completed: 3-Inch Cat-Back Side Exit Exhaust Upgrade

At MIJ Exhaust Ltd, we recently completed a full custom exhaust setup on this Ford Transit Connect EcoBoost 2017 1.0L Petrol, transforming both the sound and overall look of the van.

For this build, we fabricated and installed a custom 3-inch cat-back exhaust system designed to improve exhaust flow and give the EcoBoost engine a much deeper and more noticeable tone. The larger pipework allows the system to breathe more freely, resulting in a sharper and more responsive exhaust note under acceleration while still remaining usable for everyday driving.

To give the van a more unique and aggressive finish, we also carried out a side exit conversion, completed with twin black exhaust tips. The side exit setup completely changes the appearance of the vehicle, giving it a much more custom and performance-inspired look that stands out from the standard factory design.

As with all of our work, the entire system was fabricated and installed in-house using high-quality materials and precision workmanship to ensure durability, excellent fitment, and a clean final finish.
